I’m a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), Nutritionist, and Women’s Health Expert with over 25 years’ experience in the health and wellness industry. My work is dedicated to helping women feel calm, focused, and energised through every stage of life - from the early signs of hormonal change in perimenopause to life after menopause and beyond.

Drawing on my dual background in psychology and nutrition, I take a truly holistic approach to women’s health. I support my clients in addressing common but often overlooked issues such as brain fog, low mood, anxiety, fatigue, digestive discomfort, and weight fluctuations - all of which can be linked to hormonal and lifestyle factors.

My approach is science-led but deeply personal. I combine evidence-based nutritional therapy with psychological strategies rooted in behavioural science, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. This mind-body method helps women make realistic, lasting changes that enhance both physical health and mental clarity.

Over the past two decades, I’ve collaborated with leading health brands, contributed expert commentary to national publications, and helped hundreds of women regain confidence in their bodies and minds. My passion lies in translating complex health science into practical, compassionate advice that empowers women to thrive - not just cope - through every chapter of their life.
