Marking 10 years of Why Sports, this landmark event brings together leaders from across sports, leisure, physical activity, and healthcare sectors to evaluate the nation's progress in health and wellbeing through sport, and to chart an ambitious course for the next decade. Through expert keynote speeches, panel discussions, and evidence-based presentations, the conference will address critical questions about improving national health through sport and physical activity. STA South Event 2026
Christien Bird, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Co-Founder of Menopause Movement, will be speaking at the STA South Conference 2026: a full day of CPD, networking, and hands-on sessions.
Everyone is welcome—STA members and non-members. Physios, Sports Therapists, Personal Trainers, Pilates instructors, massage therapists, and anyone working in rehab or movement are invited to join.
