The Menopause Movement Foundation Course is the compulsory first step within the Elite Menopause MOT® pathway. This foundation-level menopause education certificate course provides the core understanding required before progressing into the advanced menopause and specialist practitioner training.
Worth 8 hours CPD and 4 CIMSPA points, it's designed to build confidence and clarity, introducing the fundamentals of menopause health, hormonal changes, symptoms, exercise considerations and the lived experience of women in midlife.
The Foundation Course covers:

Stage 2 — Menopause MOT® Advanced Practitioner Course

Once you have completed the Foundation Course, you'll progress into the Menopause MOT® Advanced Practitioner Course. This advanced-level menopause training deepens your understanding of women's health, menopause physiology, exercise programming and specialist support strategies.
Worth 6 hours CPD and 4.5 CIMSPA points, this stage develops the practical and clinical reasoning skills needed to confidently support women through midlife health challenges.
