I am 55 and went through the menopause in my 40's. I have reduced bone density and wanted to find forms of movement that would help and also be fun. Going to the gym is not my thing! I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2019 and now run Fitsteps dance fitness classes. My other qualifications are a degree in Psychology and I retrained as a Reflexologist and then a Nutritional Therapist following being made redundant from my job in Human Resources. So I now work as a Nutrition, Fitness and Lifestyle Coach, mainly working with middle aged and older women to help them through the menopause and find ways to eat and move which make them happy and healthy and reduce symtpoms. It worked for me and I want to pass on that knowledge and information to help you too.
