Hi, I'm a Pilates teacher now living in Portishead. I taught Pilates in France for 19 years and moved back to the UK last year. In addition to continuing with some of my French students online, I'd like to teach in the UK too & specialise in Movement for the Menopause, with particular focus on Pilates.
