First qualifying as a Stott Pilates teacher in 2004, I have received further certifications in Personal Training, Yoga , Behavioural Change and Nutrition. I am also a registered Exercise Referral practitioner specialising in training clients with chronic diseases, metabolic disorders, persistent pain, lower back conditions,  hypermobility and menopausal symptoms. I believe physical activity which generates enjoyment, reduces stress and contributes to a wider sense of wellbeing.
