Mental Health/ Autism Mental health Practitioner focused on neuroaffirmative support for diverse groups, including those with chronic illness and varying mental health needs. I am currently in the final stages of completing a further MSc in Health Psychology and have a passion for women's health, particularly the interplay between mind and body, healthcare access, and health-seeking behaviors during perimenopause and menopause for women facing additional complex challenges related to chronic illness, disability, autism, and ADHD.
As a mother of children with complex health needs and someone living with an autoimmune disease, I grasp the realities of balancing health and wellbeing. I draw on my lived experiences and expertise in evidence-based research, holistic health practices to empower individuals during these transitions. I also believe in using diverse communication strategies and the arts as powerful tools for healing and connection.
