RunTheShire - Women’s Running Adventures

RunTheShire provides guided women’s running adventures and learn to run courses to help all women find joy in moving their body.  In a safe and fun environment, we explore, move and have the best adventures on the roads and trails throughout beautiful Worcestershire and beyond. 

I also offer women’s only learn to run courses in Worcester. In groups of no more than ten women I help women of all ages to learn to run for 30 minutes over the course of 12 weeks. The course gradually builds endurance session by session, week by week with zero pressure on pace or distance and all with a smile on your face. 

I'm an England Athletics Qualified Run and Trail Run leader, outdoor first aid qualified and now very excitingly, a Movement in Menopause enthusiast.

I'm a lover of the outdoors, an experienced trail runner and hunter of mountains and countryside to hike. I am an ultra runner, strength training enthusiast, freelance marketeer, mum and wife and I'm passionate about helping women to find joy in movement.  After completing this Movement in Menopause cause I have signed up to do my Personal Trainer and Yoga instructor quaifications so I can help the women I run with stay strong for life.
