I'm a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach with qualifications in nutritional therapy, face yoga, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, stress management, stop smoking and Nordic walking instruction.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, supported by a Master's in Health Research and my current doctoral studies exploring behaviour change in menopausal women. I'm also undertaking a diploma in Lifestyle Medicine, reflecting on my commitment to staying at the forefront of holistic, person-centred care.
