INSTRUCTOR WITH OVER 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING PEOPLE
FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE — FROM EVERYDAY MOVERS TO RECREATIONAL
ATHLETES. MY APPROACH BLENDS EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE WITH REAL-
WORLD COMPASSION, SHAPED BY YEARS OF STUDY, HANDS-ON
EXPERIENCE, AND A DEEP RESPECT FOR INDIVIDUAL STORIES.

I HOLD A BSC (HONS) IN SPORT REHABILITATION AND AN MSC IN SPORTS &
EXERCISE MEDICINE, AND HAVE CONTINUED TO BUILD ON THIS WITH
FURTHER TRAINING IN CLINICAL PILATES, WOMEN’S HEALTH, MENOPAUSE,
AND HEALTH AND WELLBEING COACHING. I’VE WORKED IN SPORTS INJURY
CLINICS, PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAMS AND SUPPORTED RUNNERS AND
ENDURANCE ATHLETES, AND COACHED MEN AND WOMEN ALIKE THROUGH
INJURY RECOVERY, STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT, AND LIFESTYLE CHANGE.

WHETHER I’M WORKING WITH SOMEONE RETURNING TO MOVEMENT AFTER
A SETBACK OR NAVIGATING A NEW SEASON OF LIFE LIKE MENOPAUSE OR
POSTNATAL RECOVERY, MY FOCUS IS ALWAYS THE SAME: TO HELP PEOPLE
FEEL STRONG, CAPABLE, AND MORE CONNECTED TO THEIR BODIES.

I’M ALSO A MUM OF THREE, SO I UNDERSTAND THE MENTAL LOAD AND
SHIFTING PRIORITIES THAT COME WITH BUSY, REAL LIFE. MY COACHING
AND CLINICAL WORK IS GROUNDED IN EMPATHY, STRUCTURE, AND
SUPPORT — SO YOU CAN MAKE PROGRESS WITHOUT PERFECTION AND
BUILD HABITS THAT TRULY LAST.
