Hi, I’m Anna, a personal trainer dedicated to helping people from all walks of life get strong, healthy and confident in the gym. I offer one-to-one in-person and online coaching, as well as small group training, designed to empower you to reach your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

I’m particularly passionate about female fitness and helping women understand how strength training, movement and balanced nutrition can transform their bodies and confidence. As a Certified Menopause Coach, I specialise in guiding women through the unique physical and hormonal changes that come with midlife—helping them build muscle, improve bone health and boost cardiovascular fitness for long-term well-being.
