Module 2: Medical Perspective Urogenital embryology, reproductive hormones, menopause definition, symptom management, prolapse/bladder/bowel care, HRT myths and types

Module 3: The Pelvic Floor & Menopause GSM understanding and prevalence, sport implications, treatment options (local and systemic), sexual function, pelvic floor muscle training, laser therapy

Module 4: Menopause & Movement Exercise barriers, brain health, bone health, cardiovascular health, resistance training rationale, physical activity and symptom evidence, lean muscle mass

Module 5: Exercise Physiology Exercise physiology in menopause, inactivity consequences, training approach comparisons, Low Energy Availability (LEA), pelvic health

Module 6: Exercise & Menopause Health Medical considerations (tendons, diabetes, osteoporosis, BMD), menopause symptoms and movement, resistance/power/impact training, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition support, balance/mobility/flexibility

Module 7: Nutrition to Manage Menopause Stress and adrenal glands, blood sugar balance, energy and nutrition, digestion/IBS/FODMAP, gut dysbiosis

Module 8: Diet, Weight Management, Bone & Hearts Weight gain mechanisms, diet and behaviour, portion control, essential food groups, protein/fat/alcohol, bone and heart health through diet

Module 9: Sports Nutrition Intermittent fasting, LEA and REDS, creatine supplementation, collagen peptides for active menopausal women, female-specific research, hydration for recovery

Module 10: Menopause in the Workplace Workplace concerns, symptom impacts on work, employment law, communication strategies, practical support tips
