Hi I am Nadine, I came into Fitness & Nutrition after loosing nearly 6 stone and falling in love with fitness and buying new clothes to fit my new figure

I came to love fitness that much and that I decided I could help women like myself who have been stuck yoyo dieting for year.I decided a career change was in order, I put my floristry scissors down and retrained as a Level 3Personal Trainer & a Level 4 Nutrition Coach. 

I'm always trying to better understand the women I train and coming into fitness in my late 30s and feeling the benefits I want to show women that you can do it and enjoy it. There is so much benefit to exercising and if I can help in any way then I'm happy.
