Hi, I am Cathy.  I am a 41 year old Personal Trainer offering 1:1 training sessions.  I train both men and women but my primary focus is on women who are either new to fitness or returning to fitness at whatever age but with a particular focus on Peri/Menopausal individuals. I have a home-based studio which is fully equipped and easily accessed.  It is ideal for anyone who wants to build up their confidence before facing an open gym or class, learn more about movement and how their body works or just prefers the focus this kind of environment can offer.

I have a background in Strength and Conditioning, Resistance training, Boxing and Kettlebells.  I also coach several open gym based classes incorporating all of these areas as well as Obstacle Course Racing training sessions and events.  

I came to training later in life (36) having previously not been very 'sporty' however after consistency and hardwork Health, Fitness and Movement into my day to day.  I enjoy helping individuals achieve their physical and mental goals and guiding them on their individual menopause journey.
