Most of my clients are in their 40s to 60s. They are often stressed, distressed by their menopause, hating, their bodies. and have lost sight of themselves somewhere. Often this is manifested in their relationship with food - usually through overeating / yo-yo dieting / chaotic eating.
And they are probably way too sedentary, both in their daily lives + their conscious exercise.
