Hello, I'm Caroline and my company Mamaste Fitness helps mums recover their bodies and minds after childbirth. I'm a pre- and postnatal personal trainer and NLP coach and train mums outdoors in 1-1 and group settings. I have two daughters and have had my fair share of ups and downs including postnatal depression, hernias, diastasis and stress incontinence. Many of my mums are perimenopausal (and some menopausal) and I encourage them to look after their health as much as possible by eating well, moving their bodies and reducing stress.
