Hi All
I am a yoga teacher and student as well as a part time scientist, and have experienced first hand, the benefits of movement during the stages of menopause. I have always been active person, using yoga and other movement modalities to help with bone density, symptom management etc.
I encourage people using an invitational teaching style - there's an option of any particular pose to suit just about everyone, and I encourage people to do what works for them, at that given moment, in their body.
Learning to work with what you have, and improve upon it, is, in my opinion, the key to wellbeing, and enjoying life to the full!
