Jen Rulon has been a triathlon coach for nearly 20 years and holds a Master’s in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. Jen has coached more than 50 athletes to cross the finish line “with a smile.” She is also a 15x Ironman Triathlete who qualified and participated in the 2017 World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.

Jen believes women are multifaceted individuals with the power to age gracefully, physically and mentally. Her holistic approach is designed to empower women to become the best version of themselves.
